*NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Tickets are non-refundable. All events will take place rain or shine and event details are subject to change (this event takes place indoors, so weather will not be an issue). We recommend reviewing the full event descriptions, dates, & times on our website before purchasing tickets.

Day 1: The Distillers Showcase
October 9, 2025 | 6pm to 9pm | Location: TBA
Weekend Pass Ticket Holders ONLY
Kick off whiskey weekend in exclusive company. This closed-set welcome event is reserved for VIP Weekend Ticket Holders and industry members only.
Highlights:
Signature whiskey cocktails
Access to a private Whiskey Locker with rare pours
Live music & curated small bites
Live panel with industry professionals, distillers, master blenders, mixologists/professional bartenders
Networking opportunities with brand reps & insiders, etc!
This is the toast before the storm—an elegant evening to mingle, learn, and sip with the best.
Day 2: Malts Around The World
October 10, 2025 | 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Location: The Cambria Nashville Midtown Hotel
Step into a vintage whiskey library-inspired setting for a luxurious evening dedicated to scotch, malts and cigars.
Highlights:
Guided scotch, malts, & whiskey tastings with premium pairings
Live cigar rolling demonstrations
Dueling pianos + live jazz
Scotch education workshop
Cigar appreciation session
Lounge seating and upscale decor
This is the night for refined tastes and smoky indulgence.
Day 3: The Grand Tasting
October 11, 2025 | 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Location: The Cambria Nashville Midtown
Highlights:
VIP Hour: Early access to vault whiskey, single barrels, and limited releases. (Entry at 5:30pm)
General Admission: (Entry at 6 pm)

Day 4: Spirit Sessions
October 12, 2025 | 12 pm - 5 pm

Highlights: This event will go beyond Whiskey to highlight other spirits we all know and love!

Overview of the Festival:
The Nashville Whiskey Festival is the place to sip, savor, mix, and mingle your way through an impressive line up of premium whiskies and spirits the world has to offer.
All guests will receive an event booklet with table information, distillery details, map of the festival, educational Masterclass schedules, & more! Guests will also receive a complimentary Glencairn tasting glass.
Strong Suggestions for a Safe & Enjoyable Time:
#1 - EAT A MEAL! While we’ll have light bites on-site, we encourage you to eat beforehand.
#2 - Use the spit buckets. You’re doing a tasting and should pace yourself! There’s no pressure to drink everything you’re trying. The Brand Representatives who will be pouring expect you to spit out their products after trying and won’t be offended if you do. It may seem silly or impolite, but we can assure you this is how the whiskey world works!
#3 - Do not pregame the event. There will be PLENTY of alcohol on-site. We promise you’ll have a more safe and enjoyable experience if you wait for the event to start!
What does my ticket get me?
General Admission Ticket: You will receive one commemorative Glencairn Glass upon arrival, a tasting guide, unlimited tasting of over 100+ spirits, specialty cocktail samples, very light bites, free live music, access to limited Masterclasses, and a good time!
VIP Ticket: You will receive all of the above PLUS limited edition swag bag, exclusive access to rare whiskey lockers, VIP pours, access to exclusive VIP lounge, specialty cocktails, priority access to Masterclasses and demos, select curated bites, and so much more!
VIP Weekend Pass: All the VIP perks PLUS exclusive access to Thursday nights kickoff event - mix and mingle with the industries own! Exclusive whiskey lockers, Live professional panels and so much more!
