The Nashville Whiskey Festival 2017 Grand Tasting will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Omni Nashville Hotel at 250 5th Avenue South in downtown Nashville. The Grand Tasting only will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel. For other events, please contact us: corkdorkevents@gmail.com.

+ How much do tickets cost?

Saturday, October 14th, Grand Tasting – $100/person General Admission (6:30-10:00pm) $150/person VIP (5:30-10:00pm)

+ Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales for the Nashville Whiskey Festival are final.

+ Is there parking available near the event space?

There is plenty of parking available for the festival. Attendees can use the paid parking facility at the Convention Center or other local parking venues. For more information about parking availability, please visit Parkitdowntown.com.

+ I will be attending Nashville Whiskey Festival but I do not live in Nashville. Where should I stay and what should I do in town when I am not at the Festival events?

The Omni Nashville Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Nashville (very close to the famous Honky Tonk Strip) and rooms are available at the Omni along with the many nearby downtown hotels. If you’re looking for some daytime activities to keep you occupied between whiskey tastings, the Nashville Guru has some excellent tips and visitors guides.

+ If I feel I cannot drive after the event will there be a shuttle or taxi service to take me home?

If after the Nashville Whiskey Festival you feel you are unable to get home safely, Uber Nashville is sponsoring a free ride for new customers (up to $25) and will be available to all. Taxis will be available to call as well. Please do not drive intoxicated!

+ Can I volunteer or help out at Nashville Whiskey Festival 2015?

+ Can I bring a camera or a video camera to Nashville Whiskey Festival?

Sure! In fact, we would like you to encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you please, and we hope that you will be generous enough to share them with us! + Will there be any rare and ultra premium whiskeys at the event?

Absolutely. The whiskey list for the 2017 Festival is coming soon!

+ Will there be anything to eat or drink at Nashville Whiskey Festival other than whiskey?

Yes. There will be complimentary drinking water and food during Nashville Whiskey Festival on Saturday.

+ Where do I purchase tickets?

You may purchase tickets here. You will get an e-ticket with purchase that must be printed out and brought to the festival.

+ Are children allowed at the festival?

Sorry, no children. All attendees must be 21-yrs or older. Everyone will need a valid ID to enter the festival.

+ May I bring a backpack with me?

Backpacks, briefcases, tote bags and the like are not allowed at the Nashville Whiskey Festival.

+ Are pets allowed?

We love our animals, but no pets will be allowed at the Nashville Whiskey Festival. Dogs, cats, birds and goldfish must be left at home…sorry.

+ When I find a bottle I love at the Nashville Whiskey Festival, can I buy it there?

Unfortunately, no, there will not be any whiskey for sale at the Whiskey Festival. If you find something you love, you certainly may purchase a bottle at your favorite local retailer (and by that we mean Midtown Wine & Spirits of course!). Please be aware that some bottles are very limited and don’t forget that the friendly staff at Midtown Wine & Spirits delights in entertaining special product orders.

+ Do I need to bring my own glass?

No, there will be glassware provided at the event.

+ How will I know where to go on Saturday to taste my favorite whiskies?

There will be a comprehensive tasting booklet with numbered table assignments in the Grand Tasting room, making it easy for you to make a beeline directly to your favorites.

+ Are there drink tickets or tokens at the event?

No, because we want people to enjoy their evening and drink at their leisure. Remember, this event is conducted for educational tasting purposes. Take your time, taste what you wish, but please drink responsibly.
