Here is the story of whiskey making told from the craftsmen that create the most recognizable whiskey on the planet to the new artisans who are bringing back this time honored profession to Tennessee. From great-grandpa's recipes to new ones being created, these artists will describe the art of whiskey making in Tennessee from start to finish and why this heritage is important to the state and its reputation as a global leader in the art of making some of the best liquor on the planet.
About The Director - Eric Byford
"I developed this film to bring awareness to the rich heritage of whiskey making in Tennessee from its roots before it was a state to the law change in 2009 that has gotten Tennesseans back to making their ancestors proud and in turn lifted the state back to the forefront of what was once its greatest economical force, whiskey making. I hope you enjoy watching this film as much I enjoyed creating it."
